As the Founder, President, and CEO of Interlink Talent Solutions LLC (U.S.) and Owner and Director of our UK operations, I provide executive leadership and strategic oversight across our global business. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, my focus is on driving business strategy, market expansion, and operational infrastructure while remaining actively engaged in top-tier legal recruitment, particularly at the Partner and Partner Group levels.
In 2024, I established our U.S. affiliate in Florida, to expand our footprint and better serve our international clients. I oversee all U.S. strategy, personnel, financial performance, and commercial relationships. Building on the foundation of the UK business I started in 2011, I am passionate about cultivating senior relationships with law firms and strategic partners on both sides of the Atlantic.
Beyond recruitment and client strategy, I am deeply focused on the operational and technological future of our firm. I lead our initiatives in system integration, automation, and AI capabilities, ensuring our infrastructure supports sustainable, long-term growth. Whether I am negotiating commercial agreements, mentoring our senior management team, or representing the company at industry events, my goal is to continuously elevate our market positioning and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
