My Role at Interlink

I am a Legal Recruitment Consultant within the USA team here based in the Manchester Office. My role is to understand what clients are looking for in candidates and to facilitate a strong relationship between clients and candidates to ensure that candidates are placed in a role that is best suited to them.

Why Recruitment?

I graduated in 2021 with a Law Degree and then further graduated in 2023 with a Masters in Law. After working in a Law firm I felt that I wanted a career change whilst still incorporating everything I had learnt in the Legal Sector. I wanted to switch to a career that could allow me to portray my outgoing and bubbly self and be rewarded for the hard work put in. That is why I made the change to Recruitment, specifically Legal Recruitment.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, I like to play netball on weeknights as well as going to the gym. On the weekends I like spending time with friends trying new food spots, different bars and going on nice countryside walks. I also try to travel as much as possible seeing my family or visiting new countries with friends.
