At Interlink, I work as a Legal Recruitment Consultant, specializing in sourcing top legal talent across the U.K. and Ireland. Since joining the team in 2024, I’ve been committed to building strong, transparent relationships with both candidates and law firms—whether global powerhouses or local practices.

I stay closely attuned to market trends to ensure I’m always providing informed, up-to-date advice. I regularly collaborate with professionals at every level, offering guidance in today’s fast-changing legal landscape. Whether I’m partnering with international firms like Norton Rose Fulbright or supporting boutique practices, I approach every client and candidate with the same dedication—because everyone deserves the right fit.

After relocating from Ireland to Manchester and earning my degree in Business and Marketing from Manchester Metropolitan University, I knew I wanted a career that would challenge me, push me to grow, and let me connect with people every day.
