My Role at Interlink

As a Legal Recruitment Consultant at Interlink work closely with clients and candidates to place legal professionals,  I  ensuring I place legal professionals in careers where they can thrive. I focus on building lasting relationships and understanding the unique needs of each person and firm to ensure the right fit every time.

Why Recruitment

After graduating from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Geography I realised I was more suited to working with people than analysing data or focusing on geopolitics. Recruitment stood out to me because it blends communication, problem solving and relationship building, all things I have always loved. I enjoy the variety it brings and take pride in the opportunity to support people in taking the next step in their careers.

Outside of Work

To recharge outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether that’s hiking in the lake district or climbing volcanoes around the world. Nature and travel both help me reset and brings fresh energy and focus into my work. Music is also a big part of my life, and I’ve built a growing collection of vinyl records. I rarely go anywhere without a playlist on and enjoy the positivity it brings to myself and people around me.
