My role at Interlink

I am a Legal Recruitment Consultant working within the USA Team here at Interlink Talent Solutions, specifically the West Coast. I recognise the importance of listening and understanding the requirements of both clients and candidates to successfully place candidates in roles that suit their skillset in office environments that will be conducive to their highest potential being reached in their law career.

Why Recruitment?

I graduated in 2022 as a Doctor of Medicine. My experience as a medical student and junior doctor gave me excellent communication skills and I enjoyed the fast- paced environment and building positive relationships with patients. Upon deciding I no longer wanted to work in a hospital, I learnt about recruitment and felt the job aligned well with my skills and values as I'm an outgoing and sociable individual who loves people and believes in being rewarded for hard work. The challenging and target-driven nature of the career is what drew me towards Recruitment.

Outside of Work

Outside of work I enjoy socialising with friends and family, trying out new restaurants and bars, dancing and yoga. Otherwise, you could find me in my kitchen, baking enough cake to feed a small country! I moved to Manchester from the Wirral to experience a new city, meet new people and gain different experiences.
