My Role at Interlink

I am currently a Legal Recruitment Consultant at Interlink based in our Manchester office. My role is to source and place candidates in roles that meet their cultural and financial expectations. Here at Interlink we recognise and understand the importance of understanding our clients and candidates needs so we can ensure the best possible fit for both parties, assisting them to reach their highest potential within the law industry.

Why Recruitment?

I graduated in 2023 from the University of Bristol with a degree in Applied Anatomy. After completing law specific modules within my degree, I decided that I wanted to take the legal route after university as I realised that is what interested me most. Soon after university I started as an Admin Assistant at a law firm in Manchester and realised, I wanted to be in a faster paced environment where not every day is the same. This is when I came across recruitment and specifically legal recruitment. As someone who is very sociable, driven, outgoing, and believes in being rewarded for my hard work I knew recruitment was the career for me.

Outside of Work

Outside of work I enjoy socialising with my family and friends, I particularly like to try out newly opened bars, enjoying a cocktail or 2. I grew up wrestling and doing mainly contact sports but as I've gotten older, I've taken up running and Pilates.
