As a Legal Recruiting Consultant at Interlink, I specialize in the U.K. legal market, building strong relationships with both candidates and clients. I take the time to truly understand career goals and business needs, connecting talented legal professionals with opportunities where they can thrive. I am passionate about making recruiting personal and straightforward, ensuring successful placements that benefit everyone involved.

Why Interlink?

I chose Interlink because of its outstanding reputation in the legal recruiting sector and the opportunity it provided to continue advancing my career. Having previously worked in sales, I recognized that many of my core skills—such as building relationships, understanding people’s needs, and delivering results—are highly transferable to recruiting. For me, moving into legal recruiting was not a complete career change, but rather the next logical step in my professional progression.

Outside of Work

In my free time, I am a massive soccer fan, whether I am playing in a five-a-side league or watching the games. I also love following other sports, including darts, tennis, UFC, and pool, and I maintain an active lifestyle by regularly hitting the gym. I am a highly social person and love spending time with my partner and friends—you can usually find us socializing over great meals, going for walks, or grabbing drinks.
