My Role at Interlink

I am currently a Legal Recruitment Consultant which involves me sourcing and placing candidates into jobs that suit both their financial and professional needs within the legal sector, with my focus being the London area. The role allows me to build relationships with clients and candidates, placing the best talent into their desired roles. I pride myself on quality and giving both the client and candidate the best possible experience, meaning that they can have a successful career moving forward.

Why Interlink?

After working in sales for just under a year, I knew that I wanted to continue working alongside clients and candidates and having that constant interaction and felt that recruitment would be best suited to my skills. I believe my outgoing and go-get attitude isbe perfectly suited to a role in recruitment, especially being surrounded by likeminded, driven colleagues which is exactly what I want. Working within an industry where hard work gets rewarded is a big motivator for myself to push on and have a successful career in Legal Recruitment.

Outside of Work:

On the weekend football is a big part of my life, whether it’s playing on a Saturday or watching it down the pub with friends. I always like to keep myself fit and healthy, so going to the gym is another hobby of mine.
