My Role at Interlink
I’m a Principal Legal Recruitment Consultant covering the London region, mainly in the disputes market from Newly Qualified up to Partner level Lawyers. I’ve successfully placed Solicitors in various firms ranging from small boutiques and start-ups to elite to International/US heavy hitters. Although we’re based in Manchester, I regularly travel down to London to meet clients and candidates over a coffee and sometimes a cheeky beer.
Before joining Interlink in 2019, I studied Anatomical Sciences at the University of Manchester and achieved a first-class honours degree. Most of my time was spent in the laboratory where I conducted numerous human cadaveric dissections. Shortly after graduating I threw myself into teaching where I supported lower ability students, independently leading activities and interventions at a handful of secondary schools. I regularly helped carry out sensory and Lego therapy sessions and worked one-to-one alongside children with special educational needs. The sole reason why I got into recruitment in the first place was because of my friends. They all thought I should put my gift of the gab to some good use and here we are!
Outside of Work
I spend most of my free time either at the gym weight-lifting or training at my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu club. On the weekends I love a good jam with my mates on the acoustic guitar. I’m a terrible singer but I try my best!
