My Role at Interlink

I’m am working as a Legal Recruitment Consultant within our UK & EU team. My role involves building strong relationships with my clients by sourcing them the best talent, coupled with the specific skillset required that best suits the ideal candidate to the role. By complementing the desires and goals of both parties my aim is to form a synergy that results in the highest potential being reached for a successful career in a top firm.

Why Interlink?

Before joining Interlink I studied in Manchester and upon completing my Chemistry degree I was undecided as to which profession to pursue. While I remain interested in the theory behind chemistry, I realised I wasn’t suited to the silent atmosphere that comes with working in a lab environment, instead what gave me most fulfilment was building relationships when consulting with the leaders in their respected industry. Joining Interlink was a decision I made since it best suits my interpersonal skills and ability to gather critical information which I now utilise to find candidates their ideal role.  

Outside of Work

I’m very active! In my spare time you can find me working out in the gym, competing in basketball games or going on Hikes or climbs. Being from North Wales I grew up around the beauty of the Snowdonia mountain range and I would climb Snowdon multiple times a year but since moving back to Manchester I’m enjoying discovering what the Peak District has to offer.
