My Role at Interlink 

I am a Recruitment Consultant at Interlink, where I specialize in connecting high-quality candidates with leading clients. I support both sides through the full recruitment process, from the initial briefing to successful placement. My role focuses on building strong relationships, understanding individual career goals, and delivering a consultative, results-driven service.

Why Recruitment? 

I chose recruitment because it combines people, performance, and problem-solving. I am motivated by the fast-paced nature of the industry and the opportunity to make a genuine impact. I enjoy helping candidates progress in their careers while adding real value to my clients' businesses.

Outside of Work 

Outside of work, I am passionate about fitness, running, and music. During my time at university, I DJed and hosted club nights at multiple venues, performing for crowds of over 300 people. These interests have helped me develop discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic—all of which translate directly into my professional approach.
