My Role at Interlink

As a Legal Recruitment Consultant on the UK team, my primary focus is sourcing and screening candidates to fill vacancies for our clients. My role requires building strong, effective relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure the best fit for each position.

Why Interlink? 

After completing my Business and Management degree at Sheffield Hallam University, I was eager to take on a new challenge where I could apply the skills I’d developed. Recruitment appealed to me because it requires strong communication and drive to achieve positive outcomes, and I was naturally drawn to this dynamic and rewarding career path.

Outside of Work

I’m a passionate Manchester City fan, so I spend a lot of time watching their matches (and, hopefully, celebrating their wins!). I also enjoy gaming and spending quality time with family and friends.
