My Role at Interlink Recruitment
I have been with Interlink Recruitment over 5 years, and in my time here my role has developed massively. I manage a number of back-office functions. One of the key functions is the administration for our consultants, this includes formatting CVs, posting job adverts, diary management and technical support. I am also our database manager, which involves being our GDPR officer. I ensure all stats are meticulously logged by consultants on the system and keep a record for myself to generate weekly reports for our Directors. Additionally, I help to create, proofread and populate our website with content.
I also deal with all our internal recruitment, this consists of sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, sorting new starter set ups and completing first day inductions. If you are interested in a position at Interlink Recruitment then please do get in touch with me!
I have been working in recruitment for 8 years, I started my recruitment career as an apprentice Administrator in a nationwide industrial recruitment firm, I then made the decision to move into a full recruitment role when I completed this. After a year, I decided that while I enjoyed working in the recruitment industry, my talents lay with the back-office support. I chose Interlink as the role suited my experience and Interlink offers a very supportive and enjoyable atmosphere.
Outside of Work
In the office I am known as the crazy cat lady! I have 2 beautiful mackerel tabbies that are my world. When I am not home spending time with my little family, I enjoy getting lost on long walks, throwing myself into an art project or getting entranced in the newest video games.
