Announcing Our New Website

Today we are very pleased to announce the launch of our new and improved website!

As you may have noticed, today’s blog appears on our new website, which has been specifically designed to better help both clients and candidates with their recruitment needs. Aligned with how we approach our recruitment strategy, we want to make it as easy and stress free as possible to apply for job roles, gain advice from our specialist Recruitment Consultants and find out more about our services.

Our new website has come about after a time of great change in the world, which has highly impacted the legal industry and the way in which Lawyers work at all levels. It is important to us to provide a space where you can find all the advice and resources you may need to support you throughout the changes, as well as the ability to contact our team for a confidential discussion about your options.

We pride ourselves in ensuring we understand our clients and candidates. This understanding is critical to placing the right people in the right roles, whether you are a Lawyer who enjoys busy city centre offices, consultancy work, remote working, or any other environment that has been developed over the past year.

New Features on Our Website

Our existing clients and candidates, who are already familiar with our services, can continue to enjoy the regularly updated content and industry insights provided in our weekly blogs. Additionally, those clients who have yet to make contact with Interlink Recruitment can find out about our consultative approach to recruitment and how we support law firms with their resource needs.  Our services include everything from filling entry level law roles, to launching new offices and team moves into new markets. The website now also includes unique content and testimonials on our recruitment process from long-standing clients.

One of the new features we are most excited about is the Job Search. Candidates can create an account incorporating their CV, and then use this to apply to the exclusive roles advertised on the website. This is a very useful resource for those looking to change jobs, with a full range of positions available from business support and Paralegal roles to Senior Partner opportunities.

Our Full Rebrand

As part of this project, Interlink Recruitment has undergone a full rebrand including a new logo, email footers, social media banners and colour palette. All these elements have a consistent design to create our strong brand identity, making us a memorable brand, with up to date knowledge on legal markets, both domestic and international. This consistency continues throughout our website where we have worked to showcase our professional yet approachable values.

Through the website design we aimed to show our knowledgeable insights as well as approachable team, making an important aspect of the project a photoshoot, to put faces to the names. We have a strong team spirit, so showing our teams in a natural way was important. Therefore, there are many great pictures of laughing Consultants, with smiles on all faces, as well as a range of clothing, from fully formal 3 piece suits to less formal options showing the variety in our team, just as the variety in legal professionals has adapted over the pandemic.

We are excited to share our new website with you as Interlink Recruitment looks to take the next step in enhancing our support to clients and candidates.

Lucy is our Marketing Consultant who uses her knowledge of digital marketing strategies to amplify our overall brand message. She also helps spread news of the current jobs we are recruiting for, across our digital platforms, helping us to find the best candidates for our law firm clients.
