A Technical Trainer is required to join one for the UK’s largest law firms, you will be based in their Liverpool office.
You will be capable of enhancing colleague’s system knowledge, navigation skills and awareness of support tools, systems and CMS processes to ensure colleagues competently and effectively manage services for our range clients.
Working with Operational Teams, Training and IT to design, develop and keep up to date systems training and associated process and support materials, approved through the governance process.
Build and maintain a systems / tool competency framework to track and report on colleague’s competency levels.
Demonstrate first class communication skills via presentations, evaluation reports and document production to support training as and when required.
Experience of effectively applying and delivering the full L&D cycle within Personal Injury
Identify system and support tools improvements - in relation to new technology, modifications, functionality and identify process changes etc.
The Technical Trainer will possess sound technical knowledge within the Personal Injury field whilst being able to demonstrate effective use of the systems involved in serving clients to a high standard.
Excellent IT skills – advanced level knowledge of MS applications.
Experience of effectively applying the full L&D cycle.
Excellent communication & Organisational skills with confidence in training delivery
Experience with MatterSphere, Aderant, P4W, Docbot, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Other applications including (Visio etc), Finance systems, Citrix, Team viewer, Telephony system (Cisco, Avaya, Keevio etc), printers, Cascade, internet, HR and MI systems etc.
Ability to travel and stay away from home (this may also require the candidate to travel across various regions at times in the North and South and stay away from home)
