I am the Managing Director and Founder of Interlink . 

My roots are in the legal profession. Before establishing Interlink in 2011, I practised as an Insolvency and Restructuring Solicitor at Halliwells LLP and Gateley Plc. 

I play an active role within the business, with a focus on Partner Hires, Team Moves and Mergers and Acquisitions within the legal profession. These are very discreet and often retained assignments on behalf of long-standing clients; I also help Partners on sensitive, career-defining moves. 

I am incredibly proud of Interlink and the business we have built to date, remaining passionate about taking our brand further as we enter new markets. To go above and beyond for our clients and candidates is at the heart of what we do, I look forward to seeing the continued success of that approach. 

Outside of work I commit my time to my family. However, those that know me appreciate the fact they can contact me at any time, day or night, respecting my frank, knowledgeable and honest approach.
