My Role at Interlink 

I recruit from NQ to Partner level across all practice areas within private practice in London.

I maintain a broad spectrum of clients. From boutique sector specialists, to national, international and US law firms. Regardless of the clients or roles I am working on, I underpin everything I do with the same approach and want to get to know my clients in detail. This means I can understand who they really are and build long term relationships.

Why Interlink?

After graduating from The University of Manchester with a law degree, I worked at the Greater Manchester Chamber for several years before joining Interlink in 2018.

I enjoy working in recruitment as it gives me the chance to meet new people every day, I could not be chained to my desk! I really like getting to meet my candidates in person where possible, as moving jobs is a big step in anybody’s career. Doing this allows me to talk them through what to expect throughout the process and provide any reassurance. 

I also enjoy working in a sales environment. Working towards targets provides me with structure and gives me focus to the way I work.  

Outside of Work

In my spare time I enjoy socialising with my friends and family over some food and a few drinks!

I am also a keen runner and am a member of my local running club. I regularly enter competitions and races and am currently working my way towards a sub three-hour marathon. 

More recently, I’ve started learning Spanish and hope to be competent enough to make my way round when I go there on holiday.
